Conducting slavery era genealogy and family history research can be a challenge, especially when it comes to staying organized. This session was a follow up to a previous one that was more general in nature. This update features a live demo of the various systems I used to track enslaved people including transcribing information into spreadsheets, my family tree software, books, and more. C.R.E.W. member submissions of documents including wills, inventories, newspapers, and more were also shown.
