Our next small group will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2020 at 2pm Pacific/4pm Central/5pm Eastern. Homework was assigned for the April 19 Small Group Session. Instructions are as follows:
Develop Your Research Plan: Select an ancestor – it could be your most challenging one or perhaps one that you have a particular interest in. Write out the things you’ve discovered about them (dates, locations, details) and the records you’ve searched to discover those things; yes, ALL of them, even the ones that yielded no results. What’s your plan to find out more? Using traditional genealogy and/or genetic genealogy/DNA is perfect for this assignment.
Submit your research plan by email to hello@whoisnickasmith.com on Monday, April 13, 2020. Plans will be peer-reviewed between Tuesday, April 14, 2020 and Saturday, April 18, 2020. We will review what your peers have written and the suggestions you have for them at the Sunday, April 19, 2020 Small Group Session.
